Information design
Clutter and confusion are failures of design, not attributes of information.
Edward Tufte
Poor design keeps readers at bay
No matter how good the writing, if a document is not well-designed, people are unlikely to read it.
Although most businesses invest time and money into designing their glossy brochures and advertisements, few take as much care over functional post-sale documents like policies, contracts, bills or letters. These remain unfriendly and intimidating.
No wonder then that many businesses complain that customers don’t even try to read their documents.
Information design makes messages easy to digest
We aim to ensure that not only is your communication readable, it is also consistent with your brand and aesthetically pleasing.
Usability testing is part of our creative process – this ensures that the reader is at the centre of our work. We also draw on our international partners where necessary.
